One of my top takeaways was the extreme importance of getting clarity and focus in your vision. I really loved the sessions that looked at what could be. A lot of times communities will get stuck so it was nice to see what is happening outside of that and bring in more creativity. The classes on negotiation were great. What stuck with me throughout is that it’s a matter of perspective; your perspective can help or hinder you. There was a personal feel to the course and I enjoyed that. Jerry is so candid and that really worked. Sonia was a wonderful facilitator.
