Patricia Fortier

Patricia Fortier is a retired Canadian Ambassador and Diplomat who has served around the world in various capacities, including Peru, Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, Washington, Chile, the UN, India, Kenya, Zambia, and most recently as Assistant Deputy Minister responsible for Security, Consular and Emergency Management at Global Affairs Canada.

She has served in many roles in Ottawa including Chief Security Officer, Director of Peacekeeping, Director General of Consular Operations, and she works with youth teaching and empowering the next generation. She is now sitting as the Director of a renewable energy company.
