Our Advisory Services for Indigenous Communities
True Value Accounting & Natural Asset Mapping
We identify and measure the true value of natural assets—recognizing land, intact ecosystems, and cultural relationships as essential sources of wealth. By mapping natural assets and assessing their ecological and economic value, we support informed decision-making and the development of holistic, nature-aligned economies. This approach positions the land as the original bank, helping communities balance development with stewardship in a sustainable natural economy.
Spirit of the Land – Natural Resource Policy & Strategy
Our legal and policy experts help communities advance sovereign solutions by clarifying what agreements truly mean, identifying alternative financing rooted in the real value of land and natural assets, and strengthening negotiation skills to ask the right questions in partnerships and joint ventures. We support the structuring of fair, value-aligned partnerships and the development of resource policies and processes that reflect the community’s vision, values, and long-term goals.
Leadership Development & Sovereign Thinkers
Our Champions of Change leadership program cultivates sovereign thinkers and equips trainers to empower others. Participants learn directly from innovators and knowledge holders who model community-led, values-driven leadership. We support leaders and emerging leaders—especially youth—in developing the skills, confidence, and strategic insight needed to advocate for their communities, contribute to nation rebuilding, and bring their visions to life. Through this approach, we nurture a new generation of heart-centered, sovereign changemakers.
Economic Governance & Wealth Sovereignty Strategy
We help communities simplify and streamline governance and economic structures so they function effectively and reflect local values. By supporting the design and implementation of natural, community-led economies, we enhance the efficiency of organizations, projects, programs, and training systems. Our approach is holistic—aligning policies, processes, and capacity-building with long-term community goals. We also prioritize youth and Elder programs to cultivate intergenerational leadership, ensuring that emerging leaders are grounded in cultural knowledge and prepared to guide the wealth sovereignty of tomorrow.
Project Implementation
We support communities in bringing their priorities to life through hands-on project implementation grounded in Indigenous values and natural principles. Our team works alongside Nations to design, develop, and operationalize projects such as biomass energy systems, food sovereignty initiatives, water stewardship, natural resource governance frameworks, and other community-led solutions. We provide end-to-end support—from feasibility assessments and strategic planning to coordination, capacity-building, and implementation management—ensuring each project is culturally aligned, economically viable, and strengthens long-term sovereignty. Through this collaborative approach, we help communities build resilient systems that reflect their vision and create lasting benefits for future generations.
We also collaborate on large-scale projects with a variety of partners to challenge current systems and paradigms - innovating better together.

Our Advisory Services for Companies
Indigenous in Residence
Our Indigenous in Residence program places emerging Indigenous leaders within values-aligned companies to deepen reconciliation learning and strengthen meaningful relationships. These young leaders serve as cultural guides—offering insight on respectful engagement, supporting employees in understanding Indigenous worldviews through a future-focused lens, and providing ongoing counsel on reconciliation-informed practices. Through tailored workshops, dialogue sessions, and organizational learning initiatives, they help companies build cultural competency, foster inclusive workplaces, and engage with Indigenous communities in authentic and mutually beneficial ways. This program bridges corporate environments with Indigenous knowledge, showcasing the next generation of Indigenous leadership and illuminating a path toward long-term transformation.
Educational Workshops
We offer engaging in-person and virtual workshops that help corporations deepen their understanding of reconciliation and Indigenous ways of knowing. Ranging from lunch-and-learn sessions to half-day programs, our workshops explore topics such as Indigenous languages, education systems, lived experiences, and the demystification of common misconceptions. Each session provides essential historical context while highlighting the opportunities, innovations, and strengths emerging in Indigenous communities today. Our approach fosters respectful learning, cultural awareness, and forward-looking dialogue that supports meaningful, informed reconciliation efforts within the workplace.
Program Vision, Strategy and Implementation
We help companies develop a meaningful and actionable vision for reconciliation and Indigenous engagement, supported by clear strategies and implementation pathways across departments and teams. Our approach combines strategic planning with education and experiential learning to ensure employees genuinely understand and integrate key concepts. Through guided sessions, capacity-building activities, and ongoing support, we enable organizations to move beyond intention into authentic, sustained action—embedding reconciliation into culture, operations, and everyday practice.
Ongoing Advisory Services
We provide ongoing advisory support to help companies navigate the complexities of meaningful Indigenous engagement. Our services are offered when there is clear alignment in goals, values, and vision with local communities, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. Through continuous guidance, strategic counsel, and relationship-focused insights, we help organizations address challenges, strengthen partnerships, and ensure their actions reflect respect, reciprocity, and long-term shared benefit.
